WSD - Workplace Visitor Management - Host/ Reception Portal missing

Im trying to find the HOST / Reception portal for workplace visitor management but they seemingly do NOT exist.
I have followed the what t says in the docs but no luck

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_visitor.staff

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Self-service > Employee Center.
2. On the Employee Center portal, select Help Center > Workplace Services.
3. From the Workplace Services, select Manage receptionist desk.
   The receptionist portal page opens with a dashboard of visits for the current day.
