I got one requirement to combine Request something and Get help and rename that (Request) how to configure this.

Hi, if you review the 'homepage of the SP portal
/sp_page.do?sys_id=46cc384147532100ba13a5554ee49009&sysparm_view=
'Get help' is simply a filtered selection of Catalog items based on category 'Can We Help You?'
/sp_instance_link.do?sys_id=96c7d0b2cb20120000f8d856634c9c98
And 'Request Something' is a link to the entire catalog including 'Can We Help You?'
/sp_instance_link.do?sys_id=f4c794b2cb20120000f8d856634c9cea

Based on this, I think all you should need to do is remove 'Get help'
