Hi,
We are looking to crawl data(kb articles mainly) from SharePoint to ServiceNow by following the ServiceNow documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/sharepoint-online-s...). We are stuck in generating certificate (.PFX file, .CER file and .JKS file), getting errored out stating 'Unable to extract Key from KeyStore'. If anyone was successful in this step, could you share some insight on how to accomplish it?

nope, we weren't able to find a solution. We reach out to SNOW support for setting it up for us.

I know its very late, we are facing the same issue, sis ServiceNow provided the resolution for it.
