NowMobile Upgrade from Service Portal (SP) to Employee Service Center (ESC) view

Hi Experts,

On our customer instance, we recently moved from SP to the ESC portal and also trying to move the NowMobile view to ESC. We recently upgraded to Xanadu, and the plugins are up to date.

However, the mobile view still has the SP view (Green branding with tabs like Information, etc.). Please guide me through making the necessary changes to get the view below.

It seems, in upgrade something happened your changes got overridden on mobile side looking at your screenshot. Check the upgrade logs related to now mobile and see any oob script or some script which you had modified before upgrade is same or it has been reverted to oob.

Hi @Ct111,

I looked into the skipped logs and reverted them to base system for NowMobile. But still there has been no difference to the base system.

WHAT is your mesp record showing at the moment ?

Yes, I already compared with this record and updated my record as suggested the "Theme" is "Mobile Employee Next Experience Theme" and the other fields are same.
