To show the list of incidents in Employee Center, I found a widget called 'Simple list' which gives the list of records as expected. I added it to Employee Center landing page. Its working as expected with the list of incident records but I need to make few customizations in the widget so I cloned the 'Simple list' widget and used it in Employee Center.
When I used the OOTB Simple list widget, I got an option to choose the table, filter and its required fields as shown below.
But when I add my cloned widget, I am not getting an option to choose the table, its filter and fields even though there were no customizations made to the widget till now.
I want an option to choose the table and its required fields, how could I achieve it?

All looks good, not sure why it is not showing. One workaround which you can try is, try to update the widget instance options from backend.
Click on three lines beside Instance label in the popup and select open in platform view. In the platform view, you can update the table, filter condition, fields etc.

Note: Change the form view to default if you are not seeing all the fields in form.
