System Status - Employee Center

Hi everyone,

 

I am wondering how to use the following system status of the employee center. So far, I was able to show outages of services within the view, which is good but I am more interested in showing potential maintenance windows. To define the maintenance windows, I am using All -> Change -> Schedules -> Maintenance Schedules. Is this the right approach? If not, how can I place information about upcoming maintenance windows for services in the below overview?

Hi,

The maintenance schedules define when maintenance COULD take place via change management. The screen you're showing will only show information based on cmdb_ci_outage records which has a type. This could be a planned outage which will show on the above
