I've created Topics and child topics under the Employee Taxonomy. But they are not being displayed on the menu on the employee center. I have indexed both knowledge and catalog but they are not appearing. Is there somewhere else that needs to be configured.

Hi @jewellauber ,
Navigate to Content Taxonomy> Taxonomies>Employee
Open "Technology services" from child topics:
Now, check if you have Connected content and child topics or not:

@jewellauber
There could be 3 reasons why it's not visible on the portal, you can have look at below items:
1. You don't have connected content associated to the topic
2. You don't have access to any connected content to the topic
3. If you're using Advanced Portal Navigation, You might not synched the hierarchy or the topic will be listed as inactive.
If all 3 criteria are successfully met you should see the topic in menu.
Regards
Sajal
