To-dos are not showing few open records for a user in employee center portal

Hello SNow Experts,

 

 

One user not able to see all open records(Document tasks)in “to-dos” on employee center portal(In to-dos it is showing 10 open records count but when we clicking on view all it is showing only one open record), This error is happening for only one particular user and remaining users are able to see all to-dos which is assigned to them.

 

we compared the user roles and groups with another user( who are able to access).

 

please help me to resolve this issue

All the user roles and groups are same as the other user(who can access), still the issue persists?
