We have process where we are giving users to ITIL access to fill mandatory variables on ritm after submitted and once they fill those variables , they approve the ritm from classic view/ sow view.
Using this approach we are giving ITIL role to users which is not going as per the cost solution.
As we are looking for better solution on this to have variable available on ESC portal for user to fill and approve the task .
Do we have any oob functionality available ? if not then how we can implement this.
