Topic Icons are not visible in the Employee center Portal. HELP?

Hi,

I have disabled the default icon and added 3 images.

I have even added the icon in the topic,

The icons do not appear on the Portal.

Clear your browser cache by typing cache.do in filter navigator. Logout and login again.

It may helps.

Tried clearing the cache. Log out and login. Nothing works.

As @Community Alums mentioned please check your ICON size also. It should 112x112.

Make use of any image editor set the size of icons.

I have tried everything. Still nothing works. You can check my reply to her.

Adding icons for topics is done directly on the Topic page itself. It looks like you changed the icon that is contained within system images? 

 

All you have to do is go to the Topic, and if an Icon is present delete it first, then update with your one.

If no icon is present, you just update.

 

If you havn't tried, delete the icon from the topic, then upload it again by pressing update in the topic itself.

 

I'd imagine this is happening if the Topic is trying to load the Default img which doesn't exist anymore, so make sure you've done the icon change on the topic page itself.
