Transform map stopped processing

Hii,

I am trying to load data of 10,000 records using a transform map. It processsed 700 records of data later stopped processing data and It has been more than 10 hrs still remained at same. 

Could any one help me on this ??

Could u help me understand this. Did it stop while loading data in staging table? Or from staging to Target table?

It Stopped processing from staging table to target table(target table is cmdb_rel_ci).

In that case could u please check in the backend for transform history if there is any logs generated for it?

Hi @soumya19 

Did you check if it happening for only one import set or with others as well, are you using a lot of scripting which might be delaying this, or any illegal update?

What kind of activities are being performed in the transformation, share those details, if you can.

Also, in the meanwhile you can raise a HI ticket, so Servicenow can assist to resolve this query.
