You are from ServiceNow? Where are you having the issue? On NowLearning (since Welcome to ServiceNow is a course there, but could very well be a customer option on an instance as well).
Where did you get the link and where is it forwarding you to? If it is NowLearning, create a NowLearning case. They can probably help you in a better way than us guessing what you are doing.
And no access to an expired ebook? That is probably because it is expired. You will need to get a valid one.
