Unable to see Modern Portal Theme widget in customer instance and PDI

Hi Experts,

 

Was going through his doc;

Here, "Modern Portal Theme" is mentioned in the widgets list. But if i check the same in my customer instance or PDI, it is not showing up in the widgets list.

 

Do i have to enable any specific plugin to make this widget visible?

 

I am looking for an Accessibility widget in the EC Pro which can display some brightness options, adjustments etc. Above chat icon, i have to place another icon, clicking on it should show the options related to brightness, its adjustments etc.

 

Is there an OOB widget available for this?

Hey @devendranarun 

 

If you navigate to Service Portal-> Portals. Then go into your Employee Center record. Make sure that the theme is 'EC Theme', this will activate the Employee Center theme. 

 

There should be an OOTB Employee Center available in PDI instances that you can go to by using the /esc suffix on the url.
