Unified Navigation External Links

Hi there !

i would like to ask if its possible to create an new Unified Navigation Menu with some http links in it ?

e.g. intranet, service now portal (i think there is an module for that ..)

and also if its possible to seperate them with users groups ?

I believe this should be easier in November 2023. ServiceNow plans to release several enhancements for the Mega Menu that comes with Employee Center and Employee Center Professional that will allow customers more flexibility over the orientation of the Mega Menu, as well as, the insertion of links that are not part of the Taxonomy.

I am not sure about hiding particular menu items using User Criteria or Audiences, but I know that can be done for other menu items in the header (e.g. Manager Hub), so I believe you can personalize the menus for different groups of users.

Many customers are using EC Pro as their intranet portal, therefore we continue to make it easier by introducing more flexibility for the overall configuration of items such as the Mega Menu.
