User tasks activities are showing 0 in employ center

Hi Guys,

I have one issue in employ center where when user is checking employ center there showing Tasks, Activities as 0. 
But the user is actually having some tasks to approve when user is checking from the platform is having approvals, but not showing in the employ center.

Please provide the solution for this, Thanks in advanace.

Hi,

Navigate to System Applications -> Application restricted caller access

Make sure the status of To-Dos related restricted caller access records are allowed
