What are the steps for cloning the Employee Center (pro)?

There is no 'clone' button and when I try to insert and stay it tells me that the ext esc already exists so it does not let me make a copy.

Okay - sounds good. I thought I knew you knew about the taxonomy (I think I remember talking with you in another post about that area).

Good luck with the new portal - it sure is fun going through all the aspects to it!

Hey Nancy,

Are you referring to the taxonomy/service portals/pages? Maybe provide more context as to where you are going when trying to accomplish what you are doing.

To have EC/EC Pro, you need to make sure many things are available and/ or installed:

Setting up Employee Center

Install Employee Center Pro

Maybe you could provide more details on where in your ServiceNow application you are going to help a bit more with your post.

Hi Rob, 

I know how to clone the taxonomy. I was expecting to see a 'clone' button on the Employee Center portal, but there wasn't one so I went ahead and created a new portal and replicated the information.

If you modify the suffix field value before clicking "Insert and Stay", it should work.
