Hello,
I have been digging around for a while but cannot find a solution to this, so I am hoping that someone has done this before and can help me out. I am currently on the Vancouver version and using Employee Center Pro.
I am looking to change the icons that are visible in an AI search on the Employee Center portal. These are the suggested results that appear before the search button is pressed. I have highlighted the icons in red that to show the location of the icons in the suggested area that I would like to change.
As you can see both users and knowledge articles have the document-outline icon. This is fine for knowledge articles, but does not make much sense for users. I would like to change the user icon to user-outline.
The only place I have found that I am able to change the icons are the search results template, but this only changes the icons on the results card template and not the suggest search.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
