The SNAnalyticsTrackingTriggered Event appears in the User Experience Analytics. The Value changes back and forth between Full, Basic and Disabled. It seems to have surfaced after upgrading to Yokohama, but the data exists prior to upgrading. Is this related to users opting in and out of UX analytics tracking? It seems to appear for non-new users, which isn't aligned with the UX analytics opt in prompt appearing on the first log in.

Hi @mohrsthe ,
The SNAnalyticsTrackingTriggered event in User Experience Analytics logs changes in a user's tracking status:
Full: The user has opted in to full UX analytics tracking.
Basic: Limited tracking is enabled .
Disabled: The user has opted out of tracking entirely.
This event is meant to reflect user consent status.
Yokohama Changes That Affect This
According to ServiceNow's Yokohama release notes several updates were made to UX Analytics:
Consent policies were updated: Default country and user consent policies now default to "No Consent Required", which may override previous opt-in logic.
Mark this as help and correct if this helps you.
Thanks,
Yaswanth.
