We he 2 major implementations coming up, Employee Center and MS Teams/Servicenow implementation. We are trying to decide which one of these implementations to do first. I understand that
- Employee Center does NOT require MS Teams
- MS Teams integration does NOT strictly require EC
Can anyone help us decide which should be done first and why and what are the benefits of making that choice.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Having done this last year, I would advocate for setting up EC first, getting this configured and working for your organisation does provide a greater user experience.
The MS Teams Integration then implements in seamlessly, once implemented, and depending in your organisation licence, configure the Teams Integration is that additional user experience boost, especially if your service desk is going down the live agent route.
