While completing the micro certification course, could you please assist me with task 7?

Assessment Simulator Task 7: Flag and Comment on A Knowledge Article 

I'm working on this task, but I haven't found the details of the steps. I opened the IT knowledge base article, flagged it, and entered comments, but the task still failed. I'm not sure why this is happening.

My Simulator percentage is 86. Am I eligible to submit the course and receive the completion certificate?

What is the comment you get for not getting it to complete? Be aware that this is the Community, not the University. We can't check for you and need to guess on what is happening. If you are convinced it's an error in the course/lab instance, log a case on the University.
