Hello everyone,
I have an order producer that works well in the Service Portal (SP), including variable visibility conditions we configured. However, as we’re migrating to the Employee Center (ESC), the variables are not behaving as expected.
I’m not sure why it’s working fine in SP but not in ESC.
Has anyone encountered this issue or has any suggestions?

Olá @ELMAHDI,
I would expect the behaviour to be the same for SP and ESC.
Can you describe what is the difference between the two?
Have you reviewed the scopes? it could be the culprit..

Are you sure it's the same item? They should behave the same.
