Why are Catalog UI Policies and UI Policy Actions working in Service Portal but not in Employee Cent

Hello everyone,
I have an order producer that works well in the Service Portal (SP), including variable visibility conditions we configured. However, as we’re migrating to the Employee Center (ESC), the variables are not behaving as expected.
I’m not sure why it’s working fine in SP but not in ESC.
Has anyone encountered this issue or has any suggestions?

Hello @ELMAHDI ,
It really shouldn't impact — UI Policies and their actions are generally expected to behave the same in both SP and ESC.
Since it's been a few days since you posted, just checking — have you had a chance to dig into why it might be behaving differently?
