Why in Employee Center 'My Tasks' only change request approvals placed

Hi Team,

 

   In Employee Center "My Tasks" only change request approvals are adding and not RITM approvals? Can anyone please help me on this to understand more. Thanks in advance for the answers!

Can you share the config of 'my tasks'? I just checked on my OOB PDI and I have all approvals there.
