Hi everyone,
I am seeking guidance on how to embed a YouTube video on the main page of the Employee Center in ServiceNow. I would like the administration of this video to be as easy and accessible as possible, so that the video can be updated or changed without any complications by the admin.
Has anyone implemented something similar or have any suggestions on the best way to do this? I appreciate any advice or examples you can share.
Is there any alternative approach to achieve the same result? We do not hace as much time as to develop a complicated portal widget. I would like to have like a float carrousel or something float to display YT videos.
Thanks in advance!

There is a feature that comes as part of the content publishing which allows you to embed video and has a video carousel widget.

Hi Daniel Saja is correct. Embedding YouTube or Vimeo videos is a native functionality within the employee center pro or any of the portal pages. The the potential risk comes, not in embedding the HTML code from YouTube or Vimeo, but in the fact that you are managing company video assets on a public platform. If I could make a suggestion, take a look at this video or look for a post from Eric Hemmer about using a secured video solution that authenticates through your ServiceNow instance. Thanks and have a great day.
