Zoom App with ServiceNow Employee Center throwing an error 400 Bad request

After adding the ServiceNow EMployee Center App in Zoom marketplace, I'm getting this error."

{"success":false,"error_msg":"blocked by proxy"}

My Zoom admin approved my profile to be able to access this application. Any help?

Do you have any of sn_hr_sp.esc_admin, sp_admin, admin roles? This page is available only to these specific roles

How did you install the app?

 

I've gone to the below link but when I click add it just brings me to our website?

@Dan O Connor  I went to this link and I requested my Zoom admin to allow my Zoom profile to access ServiceNow Employee Center. https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/Zn9-btDhQGyaDOUILpjf0g

Hmm that doesn't work for me at all. When I click on the blue 'Add' button, it just brings me to 

 

ServiceNow - The World Works with ServiceNow™

 

Are you also investigating this from a Zoom perspective? 

It is happening may be because you connected to ServiceNow VPN. Did you try with your internet?
