Employee Center In Page Feedback Widget

Hello

I created a feedback definition with type = In Page. I selected the page = my_request but the expected result which is to display the widget on the 'my request' page does not happen

Is anyone familiar with this widget?

Hi @Anne Anaba,

My understanding is that the experience-flow-feedback widget must be on the page specified in the feedback definition for it to work as expected.

In my PDI, I can see that the experience-flow-feedback widget is included in two pages - emp_taxonomy_topic and esc_sc_cat_item. If you add these two pages in the feedback definition, you are able to see the feedback widget on the corresponding page.

I haven't investigated enough to tell if ServiceNow intentionally included the widget in the 2 pages only, but if you add the widget to the my_request page, you will be able to see it as well.

hi James, thank you for your feedback. I tried the solution above by adding the page esc_sc_cat_item in my configurations but the widget does not display on the portal. However, it works well when I do the taxonomy topics

Hi @Anne Anaba,

When you say the widget did not display on the portal, what was its URL? Did it contain id=esc_sc_cat_item?

I am not sure where the esc_sc_cat_item page is used but if you change the URL to something like

instance name/esc?id=esc_sc_cat_item&sys_id=173d429881df2500772e95d75e28626e

you can see the feedback widget on the page.'
