Zurich release
When we implemented Employee Center, the decision was made to use /sp as the prefix instead of /esc in order to make things transparent for prior service portal users. Apparently, doing so has affected notifications in Employee Center. The URL definitions for those notifications use /esc. Clicking on one of those notifications results in "Page not found".
How do we resolve this so that the notifications are redirected to the correct page?
From what I'm reading, this cannot be fixed inside ServiceNow because /esc routing is handled by the platform and bypasses all Service Portal login. Is this true?
Thank you!

It appears that you can change the action URL for the notification under Employee Center --> Portal Notifications --> Notification Content Configuration:
I was able to change it from /esc to /sp and now the page loads when the notification is clicked.
Thank you!
