Azure AD snow user provisioning

Hi all

we are facing some issues while de provisioning users via azure AD to snow user provisioning 

For user provisioning we have used the attribute ‘IsSoftDeleted’ in azure . If soft delete is true , active flag should be set to false in snow And vice Versa. However this is not working

has anyone faced this issue and if so what workarounds were done
