We are planning to implement end to end Application Lifecycle Management process inclusive of Enterprise Architecture, Demand Management, Change Management and Release Management. Have anyone did this before? If yes, please share the sequence/knowledge/challenges faced.

For Release, Change, or Demand, I’d suggest going to Now Create. Search for these individual modules—you’ll find process workshop decks that are extremely useful. These decks provide a clear understanding of the exact implementation process and outline best practices for using out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.
