Data certification tab/icon is not visible in Enterprise Architecture workspace

Hi Community,

I hope you are doing well.

 

I am currently facing an issue with the Enterprise Architecture workspace. The Data Certification tab/icon is missing in both our test and production instances, while it is available in the development instance.

All three instances are on the same version (Zurich). Initially, we identified a version difference between the development and test environments, so we upgraded the EA Workspace to version 9.0.1 in both test and production. However, even after the upgrade, the Data Certification tab is still not visible in these environments.

We would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to help resolve this issue.

Hi @Vaibhav_241 

 

1. Compare version again in 3 instances and if possible Repair plugin again in test and prod.

2. Clear instance cache using cache.do in Navigator.

3. Refer : KB3042562 Enterprise Architecture Workspace Data Manager Certification Policy deployed active with s... 

4. Ensure you have  Enterprise Architecture Workspace v7.0.2 to enables the left-hand navigation icon for Data Certification.  // you have 9.0.1 which matches

5. business_stakeholder (com.snc.business_stakeholder): The minimum baseline role you have for viewing general insights and managing requests or certifications in the EA Workspace.

 

 

If still not working, Raise a case with Servicenow vendor.
