How we can playbook create , wait condtion for CI relationship with business application

If service instance in CI relationship does not have a business application record, then it will wait to create one.

I'm not sure I understand your question, because the use case is missing, but why not just do this from the playbook? Ask for the input and let a subflow create the relationship.

@Mark Manders , So here the use case is that they had a prior catalog item which need to be submitted, and when backend created the relationship, there is an issue finding the details
That's why we are looking to the playbook wait condition till the time that business applications do not have CI relationship it won't proceed further.
