Please assist in one of my client's enquiry as below:
"When I search a case using the “Search Functionality”, the system is returning any cases that have the employee name I am searching as part of the “short description” or if subject person = the name I search for.
If I search in one of my lists for a case that “contains” the name I am searching for in the “short description” or “description” field I am able to retrieve many more cases.
What do we need to do for the search box at the top of the screen to return any case containing the name/ word we are looking for?"
