integration with external tool

Hi, 

We are trying to build an architecture solution on how to plan for integration with ServiceNow to an external data lake system. Its a unidirectional method(SNOW> External System) and they need data in any form on daily basis. Can anyone suggest how to proceed? Also using this use case I need to build a general architecture approach for any integrations that we are planning with ServiceNow(Unidirectional/Bi-directional), so any detailed approach would be helpful. (Authentication method, use profile requirement, inbound/outbound etc). 

Also, if you know, please provide any reference link to ServiceNow docs as well. I am new to this subject, so look forward for your assistance.  Thank you in advance.

Hi @SAI VENKATESH , We are planning to send ITSM data and in the first wave we are planning to send incident data.
