Risk in SPM under a project, can it be linked to multiple projects

Hi All,

Please can someone advise if the Risk associated with one project can be applied to different projects or do the PMs need to create similar risk under every Project separately. I have added the snapshot for better demo of the problem we have.

Hi @SofiaNikhar 

A Risk cannot be linked to multiple projects by default. To track similar risks across projects, users will need to create individual risk records for each project. Alternatively, they can implement a custom list-type field on the Risk table to associate it with multiple projects.
