Hi Team,
Our Production instance is SSO/MFA enabled and we don't have any local database credential due to security constraint. Even the default System Administrator account is not accessible.
We don't have any ACR account and SNC plugin is also activated in our instances.
So in case, if SSO/MFA goes down we will not be able to access the instance and we cannot provide access to SN support due to SNC plugin.
How to handle the login in such scenario.
Any suggestion/support will be much appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I have already raised case but seems this scenario is out of scope for them.
I will check this with Solution designer & account manager from ServiceNow if they can assist in this.
