Software Model Suggestions Count is returning zero

Hello! I'm trying to associate suggested technology models to an application service. I've followed the steps provided in this documentation from numerous application services but I always receive 0 software model suggestions count.

 

I have discovery and SAM running in the instance, so I wonder if there is anything I've missed?

Hi Flavia, are you using the new TPM that is part of the Enterprise Architecture WS? if not, any specific reason?
