Hello Community,
we (enterprise architects) would like to implement a process that collects cost information from application owners on a regular (e.g. yearly) basis (records in sn_apm_tco table). As far as I can see, there are both assessments and data certification tasks to collect application owner feedback, but neither seem to be appropriate for collecting cost information? Is there any other OOTB functionality within ServiceNow to get this type of information from the application owners?
Thanks in advance!

TCO was designed to work with commercial ITFM products such as Proven Optics, Nicus, or Apptio. You can manually post/import TCO according to your own processes. See this article:

Hi Markus,
I work at Proven Optics and just wanted to add on here with some more context with my experience on this. As Mark mentioned, our application is able to natively feed the TCO Table. This data is an output from our Proven Optics Cost Modeling application that is available on the ServiceNow store. Once you have a cost model created, we can determine the App TCO for all applications you include in your model. From there, the information is automatically created in the TCO table for your analysis.
Happy to share more information if you're interested!
