Greetings @bywater. Do you have any documentation that states the Project table [pm_project] has a Business Owner field out-of-the-box? I myself have just installed the PPM Standard plugin. I went to the All menu and typed "pm_project.config" which loads the table's configuration. I then navigated to the Dictionary Entries tab and search for "Business Owner". It did NOT return any results. I'll include a screenshot below.
Additionally, I went to the Dictionary table directly and searched for "Business Owner". With the limited plugins I have installed in my PDI, the only existing field I found was on the Contracts table [ast_contract]. I don't know if it's what you are looking for but there IS a Reference field on the Project table that is pointing to the Contracts table called "Contract". I went back to the Project table and looked at Form Builder for the Default view and I did NOT see the Contract field added to the Default form view, however, you could easily add the Contracts field to the form-view if you wanted.
