How to change the username and password of the nowlearning in servicenow

How to change the username and password of the now learning.

(Ex: Working in XYZ company switching to abc company that time how to withstand certificate details and all)

Can any one please help me on this.

Hi @sahana1998 

 

To do this

1. Your new company need/map to their partner portal access

2. Once it has been done, log  a now learning case with new email id and tell the team to move all your certs/ voucher to new id.

3. It will take 3-5 days and once team close the case your all certs will be at new id only.
