Not sure where to direct this question but needed to start somewhere. I have an issue with completing the Performance Analytics (PA) Advanced training because I can't create a Indicator Source because the Facts Table does not exist. When does the Rep Snc Global Admin System Outages facts table get created in the instance. One of my co-workers had no issue but I can't seem to get past this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @BevKo,
Can you share a screenshot of the lab instructions and the name of the Rep Snc Global Admin System Outages table?
What happens if you do the table name.list in the navigator? Does it open a list view of the records?
I am assuming this is a custom table created for the purpose of the lab, did your co-worker have to create it manually or was it there by default?
Cheers

Sorry for not responding. I did get this resolved. All I did was scroll to the end of the the specific training and it gave me the check mark that it was completed. Thanks for all your help.

If you're experiencing issues with Performance Analytics (PA) Advanced training, here are some steps you can take to resolve them:
1. Verify Access and Prerequisites
- Check Access: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the Performance Analytics module and the advanced training materials. Sometimes, access might be restricted based on your role.
- Prerequisite Knowledge: Confirm that you’ve completed any prerequisite training or have the necessary foundational knowledge. Advanced training often assumes a certain level of familiarity with the basics of Performance Analytics.
2. Review Training Materials
- Ensure Up-to-Date Materials: Make sure you’re using the most current version of the training materials. Outdated materials may not align with the current version of Performance Analytics.
- Consult Documentation: Supplement the training with official ServiceNow documentation or resources. This can provide clarity on advanced concepts or help resolve confusion.
3. Address Technical Issues
- Browser Compatibility: Ensure that your browser is compatible with the training platform. Try clearing your cache, disabling extensions, or switching browsers if you encounter loading or display issues.
- System Performance: If the training environment is slow or unresponsive, check your internet connection or try accessing the training during non-peak hours.
4. Reach Out for Support
- Instructor Assistance: If the training is instructor-led, don’t hesitate to ask questions during the session or reach out afterward for clarification.
- ServiceNow Support: If the issue is related to the training platform itself (e.g., access issues, bugs), contact ServiceNow support for assistance.
- Peer Forums: Consider joining ServiceNow communities or forums where you can ask questions and get advice from other users who have completed the PA Advanced training.
5. Practice and Apply Concepts
- Hands-On Practice: Try to apply what you’ve learned in a test environment. Hands-on practice is crucial for mastering advanced PA concepts.
- Work on Real-World Scenarios: Use real-world scenarios from your organization to better understand how advanced features can be implemented in practice.
6. Follow-Up and Review
- Review Key Concepts: After completing the training, review key concepts and modules to reinforce your understanding.
- Take Notes: Document any issues or challenges you encountered during the training, along with the solutions, for future reference.
