AVP error on prem instance of ServiceNow

We have an on prem version of ServiceNow.  Has anyone encountered the "Error: Connection to the export server 'http://avp/highcharts-export-web/' failed" error?  This occurs when we try to run reports with images on a schedule.  Do you now how to resolve it?

I've installed AVP in our federal self hosted space before and saw this error too if I recall.

 

Do you have HI access? If so, check out these 2 articles:

Not saying these are the solutions to your problem, but I think there is a property somewhere that needs to be tweaked
