Add additional fields to Resource filters in Dispatcher workspace

Hi, 

Resource filters on Dispatcher workspace has the following list of fields to filter the resources, however want to know how to add more fields such as Assignment groups, Crews, etcv

The screenshot is taken from a video in Youtube and it has got ore fields and I want to know how do we add these additional fields to resource filters?

Did you found the way to do this.
I've seen that the only way to achieve it is by using Ui Builder what's a litle messy and undocumented.

It appears with the new release the Assignment Groups are moved to the upper left corner of the Dispatcher Workspace.

can t confirm previous release, but in Xanadu it was always there. that youtube video must be before washington even?

 it's used to filter the work order task/agents that the dispatcher is responsible of (dispatch group → assignment group AND locations ccovered). you can set  default assignment group or enable single/multiple assignment groups filter in DW settings
if you enable territory management, it will be territories instead of assignment groups.

i think to add filters (not ootb) it requires UI builder (custom, pro code), no configuration/settings on/off available unfortunately. there are settings you can change, but not that one as per documentaion/testing in my instance.

some OOTB filers might not appear in your instance if you havent enabled plugins such as crew operations
