We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Business Process Consultant (BPC) for a critical implementation project. Candidates must possess a proven track record of multiple successful FSM implementations and demonstrate deep expertise in the field.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience leading full-cycle FSM implementations.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, story writing/refinement, and workshop facilitation.
Mandatory certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management (CIS-FSM).
Nuvolo platform experience is highly desirable.
