Assigning multiple Work Order Tasks to an individual at one time

Is there a way of assigning multiple Work Order Tasks to a single engineer when both WOT have similar or overlapping times? 
I found the following post and setting these steps, but it's doesn't work.

  • Navigate to Field Service > Administration > Configuration
  • Select Assignment Tab
    • Set Assignment method for Tasks to a value other than dynamic scheduling
    • Set Use agent or task scheduling to off

The error message:   "Agent is not available at specified time"

"The assignment method for tasks" was set to manually and "Use agent or task scheduling" has now been turned off. 

 

Can you advise me ?

You can try enabling a property called:  work.management.allow.doublebooking.dynamicscheduling .
