Hello
I have a requirement to configure the dynamic scheduling/auto assign feature where I need to control which workblocks is found for qualified agents.
Specifically I need to make it so that qualified agents are not assigned any tasks on the current day and any day after 4 weeks. How can i control which available workblocks are found for qualified agents?
