Dispatcher should not be able to assign in grey space in dispatcher workspace

Hi Community,
I am facing issue in assigning tasks for agents who are not available. Like the agent who has no work schedule which shows as grey space in dispatcher workspace, dispatcher should not be able to assign in grey space.
