Dispatcher Workspace: “Assignment Groups” value from URL isn’t applied until selected from dropdown

Hi everyone,
In Dispatcher Workspace, I’m trying to pre-filter by Assignment Groups via URL. The value shows up in the filter input, but the filter isn’t actually applied unless I manually pick the same value from the dropdown and click Apply.

• Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Dispatcher Workspace with a URL that includes the assignment group (e.g., ...?assignment_group=Demo%20WorkGrp or via sysparm_query/state params).
  2. The Assignment Groups input displays the value (Set via UI builder in background).
  3. Results do not refresh; I must select the same value from the dropdown and click Apply.

• Expected: Filter should auto‑apply when the value is present in the URL/state.

• Actual: Value is shown in the input, but no filtering occurs until I select from the dropdown and press Apply.

• Workarounds tried: Manually selecting from dropdown → works; restoring default/clear all → same behavior.

• Environment: [instance], [store/build], Browser: [name/version].

Questions

1. Is there a supported URL/state parameter to auto-apply the Assignment Groups filter on load?
2. If this requires a specific param name/format (e.g., sys_id vs. display value), what’s the correct one?
3. Any known limitations or fixes (UI settings, workspace config, or patch)?
