Customisation in dispacher workspace csm/fsm configuration workspace

Hi Community,

I have a few questions regarding the Dispatcher Workspace.

In the Dispatcher Workspace, we have tasks listed on the left side based on the selected filters. When we view these tasks on the map, a summary panel appears on the right side showing the Task Card and Resource Card (as shown in the attached image).

Query 1:

Is it possible to add additional custom fields from the Work Order Task table to the cards displayed on the right side of the Dispatcher Workspace? If yes, how can this be done?

Query 2:

In the top-left corner of the Dispatcher Workspace, we can select an Assignment Group to filter tasks by work group. Is there a way to prefill (automatically set) this assignment group based on data passed in the URL?

Query 3:

Could you recommend any resources or documentation related to customizing CSM/FSM configuration workspace, or workspace customization in general?

Answer of Query2:

                             i.In ServiceNow, you can create a URL that pre-populates fields in a form, including the assignment group. You'll need to construct a URL that includes the appropriate parameters for the assignment group field.

The URL structure might look something like this:
https://your_instance.service-now.com/incident.do?sys_id=-1&sysparm_query=active=true^assignment_group=<assignment_group_sys_id>
Replace your_instance with your ServiceNow instance name and <assignment_group_sys_id> with the Sys ID of the assignment group you want to pre-populate.
