Note: The Field Service Crew Operations plugin (com.snc.fsm_crew_scheduling) must be installed.
Required Role: wm_dispatcher or wm_crew_moderator
This is necessary to see the Create Crew filter on the task card.
On the Work Order Task form, there is a field called Needs Crew. If you enable this checkbox, you will see Needs Crew displayed at the footer of the task card, along with the Create Crew filter.
You can observe the difference in your screenshots:
In the first image, the Needs Crew field is not visible on the task card, and the Create Crew filter is also missing.
In the second image, both the Needs Crew field and the Create Crew filter are visible.
