hi maik, sorry maybe like this, I have a case regarding auto-assignment. For technicians who are in more than 1 group, is there a way to display a notification if the technician has too many tasks?
so that the technician is not read in the auto-assigned task?

Hello,

looking at your screenshot
- you are missing agent work schedule config (add work calendar to your agent)

- you need to setup dynamic scheduling (auto-assign)

  • criteria: availability today (check if they have ability, but you need to set up schedule for the agent)
  • criteria: last assigned (to balance workload)

- DS will not assign agent if the agent is already booked or has no availability/capacity

- DS will not tell you why he assigned agent X or Y (unless you turn on show debug log but only admin can see), unless you implement this custom solution 

Validating (manual/dynamic) scheduling rules and using work notes to increase transparency
